Brand Promotions (I) was chosen to plan and execute the Acrex India 2012 which is Asia’s  largest exhibition on Air conditioning, Refrigeration and Building services. This was a 3 day event held from 23rd February 2012 to 25th February. The curtain raiser event was scheduled on 22nd February at Sheraton brigade gateway, Bangalore and the inauguration of the exhibition was conducted at Bangalore International Exhibition Center on the 23rd.

 Objective of the event

The main objective was to promote the brand building of ACREX and HVAC&R events happening every year which promoted the Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Allied services fraternity. There were also awards for various categories like best exhibitors, innovative products, technologies, etc.

Event Flow :



The Entertainment show consisted of Russian dancers, Belly dancers, cancan and Bollywood fusion by the Shadows team.

After the award ceremony for the National project design students, Acrex 2013 was launched by the future Acrex chairman and the logo of Acrex 2013 was projected in the auditorium. Which was followed by cocktails and then dinner.

Target Audience:

The attendees included Architects, Interior designers, Engineering Companies, Project managers, Facility Managers, building and Infrastructure Developers, Wholesalers and distributors, etc. The 3 days of the exhibition catered to around 20,000 visitors.
